To operate your install we process the client and matter information you provide — issue portfolios, relationship maps, prior work product, and the public legislative and regulatory data the system monitors on your behalf.
Data residency, access controls, and retention are documented in the Security & Continuity Brief. Production installs include local encrypted backups and a real offsite backup target.
Your data is used solely to run your install and produce your deliverables. We do not sell client data, and we do not share one client's workflows or playbooks with another.
You retain control of your workspace and client memory. Documented runbooks and a written continuity plan govern export and recovery.
